- Looking for more classic texture and worried about gel running - Medium is the best choice. Also great in warmer climates when gels become even runnier. Also great when strengthening medium to long nails.
- Using Dual Forms - Medium is the best choice as Ultra Light will be too runny.
- Want to pinch your gel - both can be pinched.
